1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on buba88 or by accessing, browsing, or using any part of the buba88 website located at https://buba88.ws (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and buba88 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2 Eligibility & Registration

Use of the buba88 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

3 Account Management

Upon successful registration, buba88 will create a single player account in your name. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. The following rules apply to account management:

• You must keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. Do not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify buba88 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

• Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee as permitted by applicable law, or may be closed following notice to the registered email address.
• You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting buba88 support. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course, subject to verification.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

buba88 supports a range of local and international payment methods for the convenience of Bangladesh players. The following conditions govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Supported Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding of your buba88 account is strictly prohibited.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. buba88 aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the chosen payment method and the outcome of any applicable security review.
• Currency: All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion, where applicable, will be performed at rates determined by buba88 at the time of the transaction.
• Declined Transactions: buba88 is not liable for any fees, losses, or inconveniences arising from a deposit or withdrawal being declined by a payment provider. Contact your payment provider directly in such cases.

buba88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request where we have reason to believe that the transaction may be linked to fraudulent, suspicious, or money-laundering activity. This is in addition to our standard KYC procedures and is conducted in compliance with our anti-money laundering obligations.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

buba88 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed the registration process and satisfied any applicable verification requirements.
• Each promotion is subject to a wagering requirement (rollover), which must be completed before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion.

• Bet Placement: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. buba88 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error due to a technical fault or incorrect odds displayed as a result of a system error.

• Disconnection: buba88 is not liable for any bets lost or games interrupted due to a failure of your internet connection or device. Where a live casino game round is interrupted server-side, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the relevant game provider's rules.
• Prohibited Conduct: The following are strictly prohibited: use of automated betting software or bots; exploitation of software bugs or errors for financial gain; collusion with other players or casino staff; match-fixing or any form of insider betting; and any activity constituting cheating, fraud, or manipulation.

7 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, buba88, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

buba88's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player into their buba88 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

buba88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

11 Suspension & Termination

buba88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, and to withhold or void any balance or pending winnings, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification or age verification requirements.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Abuse of any promotion, bonus, or loyalty programme.
• Use of automated software, bots, or any prohibited third-party tool in connection with the Platform.
• Any conduct that buba88 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, buba88 reserves the right to retain any funds held in the account to offset losses, costs, or damages caused by the breach. In all other cases of account closure, any verified account balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the buba88 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting buba88 support. buba88 will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe.

Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation.

All communications with buba88 in connection with a dispute must be made in writing to the contact email address provided on this Platform. buba88 will respond to formal written complaints within 14 business days of receipt.

13 Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and buba88 with respect to the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

Waiver: buba88's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of buba88.

Language: These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between this English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
